  • Rt. Rev. Dr. Silas Ng

    Apostolic Vicar, The Anglican Mission Canada
    Rector, Richmond Emmanuel Church

    Silas is called to raising up missional and relational disciples of Christ. He is the Apostolic Vicar of The Anglican Mission in Canada, Rector of Richmond Emmanuel Church and adjunct faculty of Acts Seminary, Trinity Western University and Carey Theological College. He is married to Michelle with two adult sons, Ignatius and Athanasius. Silas graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong (B.A. Hons. Music), Nashotah House Episcopal Seminary (M. Div.) and Fuller Theological Seminary (D. Min.). Silas is a professional choral conductor and a world-wide speaker on Micro-Macro Discipling and Spiritual Formation in Christian conferences and churches

  • Rev. Joshua Siu

    Associate Priest

    Josh and Rachel are parents to five lovely and rambunctious kids. When he’s not enjoying life with them, Josh also spends his time as pastor of REC English. After completing his M.Div. at Wycliffe College in Toronto, Josh and Rachel moved to BC in 2011 to serve in REC. God has called him to come alongside of and help people grow in their relationship with Jesus as they love God and others with creativity.

  • Rev. Dr. Canon Philip Tse

    Associate Priest

    Rev. Dr. Philip Tse grew up in Hong Kong and worked as a civil engineer in Canada for over twenty years. He received his call to ministry in 1984 and subsequently studied theology at Shiloh Bible College, the American Baptist Seminary, and Carey Theological College, earning a Master of Theology, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry, respectively. In 2007, he earned a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Pastoral Counseling from Argosy University / American School of Professional Psychology in the United States.

    Rev. Tse began his pastoral ministry in 1990, serving churches in California, USA, and Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. In 2006, he responded to a special calling from God and became a chaplain at Richmond Hospital. In 2009, he completed Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) through the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC). He later obtained certification as a Certified Spiritual Care Specialist by CASC and became a Board Certified Chaplain in the U.S. In 2017, he earned the CASC qualification of Spiritual Care Teaching Supervisor (Educator).

    Currently, he serves full-time as a Spiritual Care Teaching Supervisor at St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver.

    In the field of counseling, Rev. Tse became a Clinical Fellow in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2007 (recognized in North America) and a Registered Clinical Counselor in Canada in 2009. In addition to his full-time chaplaincy supervision, he continues to engage in counseling and teaching.

    Rev. Tse and his wife, Mrs. Eva Wah, have a son and a daughter, both now grown.

  • Pastor Muji Li

    Pastor

    Pastor Muji was born and grew up in Hong Kong. She moved to Vancouver in 2021 with her husband and two daughters. After completing her Master of Theological Studies at the Canadian Chinese School of Theology in Vancouver, Muji began serving at REC in June 2024. She is currently studying for her M.Div. at the same school. God has called her to draw near to those who are brokenhearted and to share the Gospel.

  • Pastor Felix Lam

    Paster

    Pastor Felix was born and raised in Hong Kong. After completing his Bachelor of Theology at Ecclesia Theological Seminary, he served in local churches for many years. In 2022, he moved to Canada with his wife and son to pursue a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies at the Canadian Chinese School of Theology Vancouver, where he later graduated. Since September 2025, Pastor Felix has been serving at REC, focusing on family and children’s ministries. He has a heart to walk closely with God and to share his faith with people.

Wendy has over 10 years of bookkeeping experience from various industries like construction, trade, and retail. She has a BCom degree with double majors. Accounting became the profession of choice due to her passion in maintaining and balancing numbers.
